Amenities And Facilities
Utmost efforts are being made to make stay comfortable and memorable right from morning tea/coffee till Dinner and taking care of healthy meals and healthy ambience.
Morning breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea/coffee with biscuit and dinner. Only vegetarian food will be served.
Bed, mattress, pillow, pillow covers, bed linen, bed cover, quilt and curtains in every room with cupboard with mirror, chair, side table, writing desk AC and a TV with attached bathroom running hot water.
Regular visit by highly qualified physicians once a month whose visiting hours shall be notified routinely. Nurse for checking Blood pressure, Sugar level etc once in fortnight.
A library, common room with indoor games, like chess, carom board etc. Medical Emergency.
We will make necessary arrangements to shift a member to the nearest hospital of his choice. Expenses on this medical emergency to be borne by the occupant.
Daily cleaning of toilets/bathrooms, once a week changing of bed linen. LAUNDRY facility available on payment. Also available self-use washing machine at designated area on a nominal charge per load.
High speed WIFI available for internet. Enjoy high-speed WiFi for seamless internet access, ensuring connectivity and convenience for residents.
Two/Four wheeler parking available as per availability of space on payment Parking charges will be Rs 200/- for two wheeler and Rs 1,000/- for four wheeler per month Parking will be at risk of occupant.
TARIFF
TARIFF
- Monthly tariff will be 15,000/- (Fifteen thousand per Person) for double seated room.
- For single occupancy charges will be 27,000/-(Twenty seven thousand)
- Tariff to be déposited by 5th of every month.
- The above tariff will increase by 10% every year. The above tariff includes Morning breakfast, lunch, Evening tea/coffee and dinner (vegetarian food only).
PAYMENT OF TARIFF
- Payment of Tariff will be in two parts : (A) ROOM RENT, (b) AMENITY CHARGES
- Charges payable towards food, room and toilet cleaning, laundry of bed linen, other amenities provided.
BREAKUP OF TARIFF
- In above two parts will be as decided by the owner.
- Any extra food or beverage will be chargeable as per menu.
- No Discount on above tariff will be given towards absence for any period or for non- consumption of food till the room is in possession of occupant. Electricity charges will be applicable on actual consumption of Electricity as per individual room sub meter Rs 10.00 per unit.
- Electricity unit rate will increase proportionately when ever there is increase in Electricity rate.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Any person desirous of becoming a resident of "LIONS AASHIYANA" is subject to our approval. Any person wishing to stay at "LIONS AASHIYANA" will apply in the prescribed application form along with declaration and affidavit agreeing to abide by the rules an regulations of the "LIONS AASHIYANA"
Admission form should be accompanied by 2 recent photographs of the person seeking admission. The mode of admission will be in accordance with the assessment reached by us and on the basis of medical report etc.

- Previous/Present occupation with proof
- Incase of emergency details of contact person.
- Full name and address of contact person with their relationship to them.
- Details of spouse.
Amounting to Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty thousand /-) will have to be deposited. This deposit will be refunded after adjustment of dues when the resident vacates the premises.
Admission granted may be terminated within 15 days notice if is found that the resident has obtained admission by means of false
representation or who may have indulged in acts of indiscipline/misconduct.
No applicant will be re-admitted once they have been asked to vacate from "LIONS AASHIYANA". Our decision will be final and binding.
ACCOMMODATION
Single/double bedded rooms with attached bathroom with grab bars equipped with A/C and TV, cupboard, bed with bedside table, chair and a writing desk.
- Double bedded room will have a common A/C, TV and bathroom.
- Youtube will be provided for TV. Any extra channel will be on payment.
- NO COOKING shall be permitted inside the rooms.
- All valuables should be kept in the cupboard under lock and key at the risk of the resident.
- Resident may also bring their clothes, personal toiletries etc with them.
- No resident shall be allowed to run a private business from the premises.
- Room and Toilet will be cleaned once a day.
- All property in the premises should be used properly and any damage done will be recovered from the resident.
- No Clothes or Footwear of the resident or their visitor will be allowed to be placed outside the room and the common area should be clear and clear all the times.
- No item/article in the premises/rooms/common area shall be moved without consent.
- Room service may be provided if the resident is temporarily ill.
- No liquor will be allowed to be consumed in room.
TAXES
Any state or central government tax, GST if applicable to be paid separately.
GUESTS
Guests are allowed during day time only. Any food beverage for Guest will be chargeable as per menu. No guest will be allowed for night stay.
